The Standard Package is our most popular course and the one most commonly requested by NHS hiring managers. Over three days you build from theory through mannequin practice to performing live venepuncture on real patients — all under the close supervision of your trainer, who has 20+ years of NHS experience.
Unlike courses that simulate a clinical environment, your live patient sessions take place inside a genuine, active NHS GP surgery. You will use EMIS — the clinical software used in most UK GP practices — giving you experience that hospitals and surgeries immediately recognise on a CV.
No prior experience is required. You do not need a healthcare background to book the Standard Package.
