Course overview

What is the Enhanced Package?

The Enhanced Package is our most comprehensive course and the one chosen by people who want to go beyond training and give themselves the best chance into NHS employment. It includes everything in the Standard Package — theory, mannequin practice and five supervised live bleed sessions — plus practical skills in printing blood forms, exposure to EMIS for blood tests, a formal competency assessment and a work experience placement of up to 1 week (unpaid) at our NHS GP practice in East London.

Students will be placed in their department of work experience according to their assessment results.

On completion you receive a reference letter from ourselves. The placement is a powerful addition to any CV and gives you real, verifiable NHS experience.
